During the Canadian spring and summer months you will find maya sanya teaching in Calgary, Alberta. She makes regular appearances at Leela Eco Spa and Studio and Sanguine, as well as, managing corporate contracts through Liquid Mobile Yoga Studio. Maya teaches both private therapy sessions as well as private and public classes.  She particularily enjoys her corporate clients such as the Calgary Catholic School Board where she offers inspiring yoga classes at their work spaces and schools. 

During the late fall and winter months, you will find maya sanya in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, teaching and facilitating cleanse groups at the beach front deck at Tropico Latino, aswell as, making guest appearances at fine establishments such as Horizon Yoga Centre, Flora Blanca, and Nautilus.

On a personal level, maya sanya was diagnosed with psoriasis in early puberty and rheumatoid arthritis in young adulthood. Recognizing that typical western medicine simply masked the symptoms of deeper dysfunctions, she set the intention to create and sustain well-being in her life using alternative healing techniques.
